Reservation Considerations:

The following types of vacation packages are not currently available to book online due to their complexity or special requirements:

• Reservations that include stays in more than one city
• Reservations with children under the age of 2 years old not occupying a seat (lap children). To add a lap child to your reservation, complete your reservation online, then call our web support group at 1-888-225-5658. Additional fees, including taxes, fuel surcharges, security fees and additional hotel costs may be applicable.
• Reservations that require handicap or other special needs requests
• A reservation with more than 4 rooms/suites/villas, or with more than 9 people, including no more than 4 children.

Note: As of January 1, 2003 MLT Vacations will no longer accept unaccompanied minors under the age of 15.

Name changes, cancellations and courtesy holds are not allowed on Red Hot Deals or seats purchased in W class of service.

Payment Requirements:
Payment for all Worry-Free Vacations reservations must be made in U.S. dollars and the billing address of your credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diners Club including Carte Blanche & Montage) must be in either the U.S., or Canada. The following payment options are available:

• For reservations for travel within 45 days: full payment is required at the time the reservation is confirmed.
• For reservations for travel outside 45 days: payment may be applied as a deposit and a final payment. All payment information is required at the time of reservation; however only the deposit will be charged upon confirmation of reservation; final payment will be charged 45 days prior to departure.
