Price Match Information
In the unlikely event that you find a lower price on your vacation through one of our competitors, your Worry-Free Vacations® booking may be eligible for a price match up to 24 hours after your booking was made. Competitor's package must be for the same travel dates and the same hotel property to be considered.
Bookings must meet the following criteria to qualify for the price match policy:
- Price must come from a competitor; previously purchased Worry-Free Vacations packages are not eligible for a price match. Worry-Free Vacations and NWA WorldVacations bookings will not be matched against each other.
- Same day of travel, same length of stay, same property, and room category. If same days are not offered, itinerary must have similar flight times and service.
- Competitor must have space available at time of price match request or you must submit a copy of the competitor's invoice, including pricing and components booked. Proof of competitive prices is subject to verification.
- Only Package (Air/Hotel or Air/Car) and Air Only bookings will be considered for price match.
If this is a coupon match or promotional code match, the following must be submitted with the price match form:
- For coupons — a fax of the coupon must be sent along with the price match form. If approved, the original coupon must accompany final payment to MLT Vacations.
- For promotional codes — enter the promotional code into the Promotional Code box.
- Price match requests must match the competitor's price exactly, including all segment fees, Passenger Facility Charges, service charges, and fuel surcharges.
- The package must be a package vacation from a single competitor and not a separate room and airfare purchase that has been bundled together.

How to Request a Price Match:
- Once you've made a Worry-Free Vacations booking, fill out the Price Match Request Form. The form should be completed with competitor's information and submitted to MLT Vacations for review.
- You will be notified via e-mail once your request has been reviewed.
- Price matches will be done 8:00am - 5:00pm (CST) Monday - Friday. Price matches will be done within 48 hours of receipt by Worry-Free Vacations. If your booking is on a courtesy hold, every effort will be made to complete the price match in a timely manner.

Terms and Conditions:
- If price match is submitted after payment has been applied, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
- Free tickets or travel distributed by competitors are not eligible for price matching.
- MLT Vacations reserves the right to alter or cancel this program at any time.
- The MLT Vacations Price Match Policy and all Price Match Request Forms are subject to review and approval by MLT Vacations. MLT Vacations reserves the right to decline a price match request.
- Price match may not be combined with any other discount. If a Promo Code/MLT E-Certificate has already been applied to the booking it may be reviewed for a price match; however, the Promo Code/MLT E-Certificate discount will be removed and may not be applied after a price match has been confirmed.
- Any changes to a matched booking will nullify the initial matched price.
- If you have booked your reservation through a travel agent, you are not eligible, however your travel agent can submit a price match request for you.
- Price match must be submitted within 24 hours of original booking date to be considered for a price match.
