Construction
Updated 6/15/09: HOTEL32 is being built . Hotel32 is a bold boutique experience within Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. Hotel32 will highlight 50 rooms and suites, offering exceptional service in an exclusive, yet inviting environment on Monte Carlo.s top floor. Hotel32 will open to guests in late summer 2009. Hotel has made every effort to ensure that construction on the 32nd floor will not disturb guests. Hotel's 31st floor has been closed to serve as a buffer to any noise that may take place in the final stages of Hotel32.s completion. Monte Carlo.s Street of Dreams retail area will be closing soon for renovations. In preparation for the opening of the tram, connecting the Monte Carlo to Bellagio and City Center.s Aria and Vdara, Monte Carlo will welcome 10 new retail outlets into the newly renovated space later this year. The Monte Carlo Brew Pub will be closing for renovations, beginning July 12. It will reopen as .The Pub. with a new, contemporary feel in September. Dragon Noodle Company is currently closed for renovations and is scheduled to reopen late August with an exciting look and feel. Market City Café is now closed. D.VINO will open in its place in late September, adding an Italian eatery and wine bar for guests to enjoy. Updated 4/2/09: Parking garage scheduled to re-open Memorial Day Weekend. Dragon Noodle restaurant will close April 14. It will be replaced by a new venue later in 2009. Construction on 32nd floor suites has begun. The 31st floor has been taken out of order to provide a noise buffer so no guests are inconvenience by noise. Updated 3/19/09: All hotel pools have re-opened. Updated 2/27/09: Lagoon Pool will re-open on March 2. 2/25/09: Construction on short term parking outside the front entrance of Monte Carlo is now complete. The new Monte Carlo parking garage is scheduled to re-open in late Spring. 1/9/09: Andre's French Restaurant re-opened Jan 6. Monte Carlo Pool has decided to close for winter and will re-open mid-March. Monte Carlo guests can access the Bellagio's pool by showing their Monte Carlo room key as an alternative. The new porte-cochere opened in late December with a new weather controlled Valet waiting area. 11/5/08: The Monte Carlo has decided to delay it's Brew Pub, Street of Dreams retail area, and pool renovations. The Lagoon Pool will now be open through the winter months from 10am-4pm. 10/29/08: Beginning November 3rd through late spring of 2009, in addition to Monte Carlo's pool area closing for the season, the Brew Pub, and Street of Dreams retail area will be closed for renovations. Monte Carlo guests are welcome to use the MGM Grand pool during this time. 9/16/08: Pool is closing as normal for the season on November 3, 2008. When closed, the pool will be re-modeled, and will re-open as usual in the Spring of 2009. Andre's French restaurant is currently closed for remodeling and will re-open in November 2008. 2007/2008/2009: Massive City Center project being built next door to hotel. Guests may occasionally hear noise or see construction work being done.
