Northwest Airlines has customized its website for handheld computers and wireless browsers to give you the travel information you need, when you need it!

E-Service Center
Northwest Airlines is pleased to offer our E-Ticket passengers two easy ways to check in for a flight:

1. Check in online with nwa.com Check-In, print your boarding pass from your home or office and head for the gate. Northwest E-Ticket customers may check in for their flight between 36 hours and 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. To check in now go to nwa.com Check-In.

2. Check in at Northwest Airlines or Continental Airlines E-Service Centers, available in most airports, and obtain your boarding pass in less than a minute. For locations and more go to E-Service Centers.^SM

Flight and Gate Status Notification Request
Request notification of a flight arrival or departure and an e-mail will be sent to your alphanumeric pager, PCS phone or email inbox. The message will contain current departure or arrival time and gate information. You can be notified one to four hours prior to the estimated departure or arrival time.
