Pricing terms and conditions

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy for departure dates listed via AeroMexico or USA 3000 nonstop charter service. Prices include Federal Excise Tax. Prices do not include Passenger Facility Charge, segment tax, international taxes, and September 11th Security Fee of up to $85. Other travel days and dates and accommodations are available at other prices. Prices are not retroactive and are subject to change and availability may only be available on certain departures, and may not be available at time of booking due to limited availability of seats and rooms. Blackout dates may apply. Does not apply to groups of 20 or more. Payment and cancellation penalties apply and are provided online during the booking process. Passengers will receive Our Contract With You containing complete charter program information. A signed contract must accompany the first payment to MLT Vacations. • Purchase any Worry-Free Vacations air and Palace Resorts hotel package from Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, Minneapolis/St. Paul, or St. Louis to Cancún, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Riviera Maya, or Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, through Dec 15, 2009, for travel through Dec 15, 2009.
• At time of reservation, you must refer to promotional code WF10484A on hotel stays of 3 or 4 nights, WF10484B on stays of 5-6 nights, or WF10484C on hotel stays of 7 nights or more.
• Discount is available on all fares (subject to availability); the hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating hotels in Cancún, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Riviera Maya, or Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.

• Minimum air and hotel purchase of 7 nights or more per booking is required for promotional code WF10484C.
• Discount for promotional code WF10484A is $100 per eligible air and hotel component. Maximum discount is $100 per booking; $50 off air and $50 off hotel.
• Discount for promotional code is WF10484B is $200 per eligible air and hotel component. Maximum discount is $200 per booking; $100 off air and $100 off hotel.
• Discount for promotional code is WF10484C is $400 per eligible air and hotel component. Maximum discount is $400 per booking; $200 off air and $200 off hotel.
• Discount is taken off the base price. Taxes, fuel surcharges, customs and security fees, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, and other fees may apply and are additional.
• Discount is not valid with other discounts or special status fares (such as companion, agency/industry discount, no-value, or child rates); for bookings made through the Group Department; and is not retroactive.

• Discount will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.
